The staff here are just lovely! Truly. Every single person that we have dealt with is so accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortably decorated. The breakfast is great, plentiful, and kept well stocked by a woman who seems delighted to get anything that you need. The lobby coffee is always hot and the lobby water is always fruit infused and cold. The pool area is very clean and the hot tub is the perfect temperature for relaxing. The gym is well stocked and not tight and stuffy like most hotel gyms. We fled Houston and ended up here. We are so happy that we did. There are also tons of restaurants and amusements close by. To travelers: this is a very good/ safe side of town.

The inside is very bright and welcoming. The hot tub is awesome. Breakfast was sausage/ eggs/different bread items, not just grab in go. They also have the best pet rate out of all the hotels I called. Room was big and clean. I will surely stay again. Staff was very welcoming.

Me and two friends got a room here when we came down for a concert. The room was well priced and well appropriated especially for the cost of just under $100 total for three people. It is located super close the metro train station so if you want to park at the hotel and ride into downtown this place is great for that.

Even tho this hotel has been remodeled, you can still tell its old. The elevator is messed up, it would jerk and randomly open and close the doors a few times before taking off. Our room and bathroom was clean but had a really bad smell to it. Also the shower curtain was old and the towels were worn and yellow in color. Breakfast was alright, nothing super special like some of the comments said. The lobby area looks nicely remodeled and modern giving you the impression of the whole hotel being that way, but as soon as you get into the elevator it's different, the doors to all the rooms are still old and the hallway has a smell to it as well. Outside it doesnt look the best either and doesnt feel too safe.

Really great place. 👍Great decor. Great atmosphere. Not too crowded. Not too empty. Good prices. Only thing that would have made it better is if they had kitchenettes. 😄 The hot tub is wonderful btw. Don't 👏miss 👏out 👏on👏 that!👏 It's pretty awesome. 😍That free breakfast is probably the biggest plus for me though. I can't say no to free food. 😬 Anyway!!!! Grrrreeeeaaaaattt place altogether. Sunder (idk if that's how ya spell it) helped my mom out and I'm a big fan of anyone who does that. She works real hard and deserves a break. Would definitely stay here again.👍👍👍
