I made a same day appointment for myself and my kids. I didn't really want anything, just needed my twists taken out and my ends clipped. I wanted some simple back to school styles for my girls. I was able to get mine done with no real issue. But my kids 4pm appointment was not honored. They were washed, blown out, and then nothing. The woman who was supposed to do their hair overbooked i guess. At 7pm when she hadn't started yet, i asked her if she would be able to complete them both tonight. She said yes, but i didn't feel confident. I asked could we book for the next day around the same time. She said yes, took her calendar out and booked me. Unfortunately when they showed up the next day with their dad, the woman (she is the only one that does kids) seemed as though she had no idea what was happening. Again, she began doing someone else's hair. Instead of waiting 3 hours this time, my fiance only waited one before he left. I expected more from them based on the reviews and the relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, i got substandard service two days in a row and my kids never got their hair done. If it wasn't for my hair being done, this would be a one star. Smh.

Kayla gave me the best shampoo ever and Tracy did an excellent job styling my hair.

Everytime I called they would hang up and they were really rude.

Loved it.  Audrey was nice and patient and gentle with my daughter.

I had trouble with a ball spot and the short hair cut remedied the problem in their shop. They do wonderful work.
