I just left this store after a pretty terrible experience, so I wanted to write about it while it was still fresh. 

I went into the store knowing exactly the color/style of wigs I wanted as they are the only store nearby who sells them. 

I selected the 3 model heads and my husband encouraged me to try them on just to double check. Not only was I charged  $5 for the wig cap (which are typically $1 at most beauty supply stores) I was charged upfront, meaning I had to pay for the cap before trying the wigs on. After that I was led to the rear of the store where there was another staff member chopping cauliflower into a Popeyes container on the counter top. It was really unsanitary and pieces of cauliflower were all over the countertop. But what did I care right? These were just the try on wigs they had on display, it's not like I was buying these exact ones or anything. Wrong! I was told "Oh, we only have one of each of these colors." 

What are the odds. Only one of all of these specific wigs I wanted.

When I asked how many people have tried these on? "Oh, no one has tried them on!" Do you have anymore at all? "No, no more." I then watched them replace the ones I was purchasing with brand new- cauliflower free- wigs. 

I asked that they cut off the lace of each wig ($5 per wig of course) and they laid each wig in the pile of cauliflower even when I politely asked  (4 times) for them not to. The woman who was cutting the lace off then attempted to sell me some leave-in conditioner (I assume for the wigs) and I politely declined wanting to leave as soon as possible. The young lady working the register then offered me some 'free samples' and I thanked her for them but really I would've preferred to not have them.

This place has negative reviews for a reason.

They helped find a perfect wig for me. Employees are very nice and courteous.  Price was so much cheaper than a wig shop. I will be back. They also have extensive salon products.  All name brand Shampoos and conditioners....

This store is awesome. They have everything when it comes to hair.  Clean and spascious store.  There wig selections are wonderful. Employees are friendly and helpful. Definately recommend this store.

I go here several times a month, to buy wigs and make up and OMG! These ladies always meet me with wonder customer service (and I ask a million questions, it would drive any rep. Crazy lol) I recommend this store to all of my friends and will do so as long as they are open.

The service in this store is horrible. The owner was incredibly rude to me when trying to purchase and try on wigs I had to walk out. Don't waste your time or money in this store.
