The inside of the cafe is ADORABLE. I loved the little touches that made it look just like Hong Kong. After seeing the reviews here, I’m curious if our drinks were made with the normal recipes. My Mango Pomelo Sago was ok- a cold mango smoothie with a scoop of pomelo arils and a scoop of sago. The whole drink was quite fresh, but not very sweet. If you do buy this one, go for one of the fat boba straws. You’ll be much more satisfied with your blend of flavors, as the mango and pomelo flavors are not blended at all. My husband’s taro purple rice in milk was quite disappointing! We could not discern that any sugar was added at all, and the little bit of taro decorating the inside of the cup did not add any taro flavor to the drink itself. The rice was firm and chewy. Overall, quite strange.
Warm and cozy interior design, reminiscent of the old times in Hong Kong. Ordered Cream float Oolong milk tea with nut, full of flavors, highly recommend. Their service is fast and professional.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
Oh Jesus, taste exactly like what I have in Hong Kong !!! Definitely love, not sweet at all, it’s the best comment to a dessert :. It’s kinda said that they don’t do some of the snack anymore, wish they can be back soon.
Had high expectations for this place. Ordered a peach lemon lime because it’s their new drink. Basically $6 for a Sprite I tasted no peach either. The ordering system was hard to work with and the service was not friendly. Curry fish balls were unavailable on a Friday night, too.
One of the best mango sago pomelo I've had outside of Richmond Canada. The drink is just wonderful and refreshing. I also tried the lychee green tea and that was good. It wasn't too sweet and had lychee pieces. The interior of the shop is small, but well decorated and makes you feel like you are in another town.
Agreed with all the other people who mentioned bad attitudes. I was having trouble using the order machine so I asked questions about sweetness and ice level to the server but the server looked confused and as if I was asking a weird question... Curry fish balls were cold and tasted like nothing. Drink was just okayParking spaceSomewhat difficult to find parkingParking optionsFree parking lot
Delicious Hong Kong style bubble tea and bubble waffle. The decor is warm and remind me of old Hong Kong movies. We went on a Monday afternoon and got our drinks and waffle within 10 mins. Highly recommended.
Many reviews noted the unhelpful staff, but the cashier was very helpful with recommending popular drinks/food as well as her own personal favorites. I can definitely recommend the mango pomelo sago. Be aware that Hong Kong's version of milk tea is much more focused on the tea flavor. It's much less sweet than a Taiwanese milk tea, but it has a creamy and rich tea flavor. There are various types of bubble waffles. We tried the cheese waffle and the chocolate waffle. Both were quite good and I want to try the other varieties. The curry was also quite yummy and filling.
I tried twice this Hong Kong style dessert and snack restaurant during the new year holiday. I really enjoyed it and especially like its Mango pomelo sago and egg waffles!
Waited 20 min for my drink and food, after waiting in line to enter my food in their one and only kiosk. They won't take orders via people, even though they had people there just sitting there. Once I got my drink and food, my egg waffle was mushy. And if you get the combo, you get a half size egg waffle. Huge rip off. Not even an apology for messing up my order, too.
