Dr. Rowland and all staff at Main St. Veterinary Hospital have been so kind and compassionate. Stephanie, RVT, was there when I first went in with my Scottie baby boy, Swift, who passed away following a brief illness back in November 2007.  She was with me again during my very recent loss of my tiny Shorkie girl, Candy. These people love and provide compassionate and skilled care for their patients. I am so thankful for the kindness they have shown me and the care they have provided my fur babies/friends/companions. Their prices are reasonable (and actually less than every local veterinary facility I know of), and they have taken good care of my fur babies. Just wonderful people here!  So thankful for them. ❤️

I dont recommended this place for small animals they didnt seem to know what they were doing with my guinea pig and couldnt even get a proper diagnosis and didn't give me anything to treat my pet with at all

My German Shepard jumped off a 14 ' balcony in okc. My regular vet was in Houston and had nobody that could help us. I contacted main St vet in Norman and they got us right in, despite my dog being scared and uncooperative they managed to get him all fixed up and back on his way. The people were so kind and knowledgeable it made me feel so at ease in a bad situation. The cost of this visit was extremely reasonable.  This will be my new vet from here out!!!

We had to take our 9-year-old cat here yesterday to have her put down, and they were extremely professional and caring. It was a Saturday, and our regular vet had already closed, but they helped end her suffering and for that we are grateful. It was my first experience with them, and though it was certainly not the best of circumstances, I just want them to know they did a good job and I know that that is probably the worst part of the job for some. It was also a nice touch that the vet's assistant cleaned up her leg for us after removing the catheter; we had to have a cat put down at a different emergency clinic in Norman a few years ago, and they didn't bother to do that. I appreciate him treating our family member with dignity even after she had passed. I will also say that while nobody likes to pay to have their pet taken from them, their price was very reasonable compared to that other place we had to use before. Thank you again for taking care of our precious Ruby in her last moments.

We have been going to MSVH for a few years now. They are very nice to our fur babies and extremely knowledgable about any procedures, medications, or just about our animals in general. We have even used to them to board our babies when we go on vacation. I highly recommend them!
