WOW! I was blown away by the selection of Wonderful antiques and collectibles tucked away in this two story museum of history! Prices are extremely reasonable and the owners are tremendously courteous. If you're from out of town, Main Street Antiques is definitely worth the drive!

As a Buyer and Seller of Antiques, Fine Art, Jewelry and Historical items I can still find great deals even in an Antique Store. I like to dig for hours here as there is always something new to find each time. Knowledge of History and experience in buying and selling helps keep an Antique Store diverse and unique, but customer service and honesty keeps it in business. Professional owner that resolves issues in a professional manner. I have found some really rare items here. 

On another note...I see that they got a negative rating below by someone claiming to have paid $500.00 for shipping. Did you use UPS and if so why would you use such a high priced low quality shipper? I ship 5 days a week all year long. I use Fedex and USPS. I have shipped massive items all over the US and World. I don't see some depression glass being shipped for $500.00. I recently shipped a huge and heavy wardrobe trunk across the US using Fedex Home. It cost me $79.00 plus $20.00 in shipping materials. I find your negative review of this Store to be somewhat of an exaggerated statement and borderline "Defamation of Character/Slander" towards a good business. I can't stand customers that don't attempt to resolve an issue with the business before blasting them online. Your statement would normally ruin a business, but most intelligent individuals will see it as a hot head statement all because you claimed to have paid $500.00 for shipping. I could ship a vehicle for that price. No way is your statement even logically believable. So, basically you didn't look at the items before packaging and shipping them? That is your fault not the business. You would have to of seen that there were missing pieces while packaging them so why didn't you go back and get a refund or a partial refund? Seems fishy. So do you go get food and leave before checking the bag to make sure they didn't forget any food? EVERYONE checks the bag which is why your statement is hard to believe. 

Anyways, to the GOOD buyers out there that love Antiques and History, this is a good place to go. Make sure you look through the cases and really L O O K. I have been through the entire store and each time I dig something new out.

Don't go here to shop quoted  my husband a price for a set of depression glass all the pieces in set then took his money and sold the most expensive pieces without telling him found out after we paid $500 to have it shipped and paid the quoted price for all as everyone knows sets are more valuable with all pieces if they had be honest we would not have bought it for that price and paid that much to ship without all pieces not a good place to do business
