So many better options around. Lots of egos flaunted around here. They don't give you an explanation of what work they will be doing unless you ask and have to pry it out of them. Always late to see you for your scheduled time as well. Stay away

I've been coming here for over 10 years. In fact I don't live anywhere near their office anymore but still I enjoy Dr. Sircus and Nuger as well as their assistants, especially Trina! However their admin staff needs to be trained in customer service. When you enter none of them really even greet you when you go in. I'm usually the one to say "Good Morning or Afternoon!" Looks like they now can't even bill the CORRECT insurance company. Today, I get a random letter from some insurance company, I've never heard of for a claim their office submitted. WOW, you'd think after ten years and verifying my insurance company EACH visit, they'd get the right one. She explained to me that they MUST first bill this company even though I have another dental insurance company, why? Anyway, I call their office and was told "Oh call back in 20 minutes!" So... what is the person answering the phone incapable of assisting me? Why are they there then?! Anyway based on their recent changes for their office staff, it might be time to find someone closer to home now. That's a real shame because as I said, I love the dentists here and their assistants!
