I absolutely love this place and the care I have received there. I have a difficult time trusting care providers due to bad experiences. I do not have any issues with trusting the healthcare providers here. I feel that I am very much listened to and that my input is respected and valued. I see Dr. Quinn to manage my pain. She does a wonderful job empathizing and offering me options of treatment. This definitely makes me feel more secure in my treatment. She is terrific at reducing my pain and I always look forward to my visits.

To start, I do want to say that I would give Dr. Sarah Hoffman ten stars if I could. She is an amazing doctor, and really identified issues my daughter had after head trauma. What's more, she is very kind and compassionate. And that's where my positive review ends. Dr. Hoffman told me different forms of treatment my daughter needs. One of them is no longer offered by their office, and she didn't know where to tell me to go. That was discouraging, to say the least. My daughter needs a specific form of physical therapy called vestibular PT. Only one of the PT' s on staff works with post concussive patients. It's impossible to get an appointment with him. Imagine being a parent, a single parent who also needs to work, and being told your child needs this to get better, but being shown such limited availability. I travel to this office from an hour away. But, it gets better. Even though only one PT is certified to handle post concussive therapy, he hands off his patients half way through the session to other PT's. So, why is it necessary to only book with him?? Today, I ran into a car accident on our way to the appointment. I called to say we'd be a few minutes late...I expected a shortened time, of course, but still an ability for my daughter to do some of her exercises, especially since she is handed off. No. We have to reschedule. Reschedule to when? I had to book appointments for this treatment over a month in advance. Last week, I was told this PT did not have more time for weeks...so my daughter was going to have to go without necessary treatment for weeks. Thankfully I started exploring other options that day. I scheduled a second opinion at Goodwill NeuroRehab in Lewiston. They have the services that my daughter needs that this office no longer offers. I also brought her for testing at Portland Chiropractic Neurology and liked them...awaiting results. Bottom line...if you have a child and want the best care for them, see Dr. Hoffman, take her recommendations and find treatment somewhere else.

This place is terrible. They don't even listen to what you say to them. Im in pain and I'm being treated like a drug addict when all i want is help. This place only cares about taking your money and not helping you what so ever. GREED GREED GREED GREED GREED is all they know. Id recommend going any where but here, even 7-11 will care more about you then this place. This place is suppose to be the best. More like the best on not giving a crap about you....

Really injured myself in a rugby game and ended up tearing my lateral meniscus. This place could not of taken better care of me. Truly grateful to be back on my feet and rid of the pain I had before. Also, not to sure if the other reviewer had the wrong place? My experience couldn't have been more of a polar opposite.

The doctor I saw recommended quack medicine, unproven remedies for a very real orthopedic problem even though there are proven, medically acceptable treatments for the problem.
