Incompetent, rude, unreliable!  Do not use this company!  Called more than 24 hrs in advance to book ride 5pm from Lower Merion to South Philly to arrive by 6 for important appt.  Dispatcher says ok. Called day of to confirm. Dispatcher says I’m confirmed.  Taxi is no show at 5pm.  Dispatcher says they’re trying to get us a taxi, should be 15-20 minutes.  I say forget it, dispatcher hangs up without explanation or apology.  I call back to complain and yell, dispatcher hangs up on me again.

Called for a cab an hour ago was told my cab would be on the way.  Call to check on status and was told they have no service at this area and no cab waseven on the way. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour I’m now pissed off.  Very unprofessional and communication skills are horrible.  And it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with them either

Mainline Taxi doesn't deserve any stars but since I need to give them one for this review I will. We called a taxi to take us from Ardmore to another location (a mile away) in Ardmore. The driver ended up taking us the whole way into Philadelphia (the opposite way that we were supposed to be going) and left us totally lost in a location that we didn't even know! We would have said something to the driver after miles of driving but we thought we were getting robbed and were terrified! The driver kept making strange turns and turning up the radio while making phone calls so we couldn't hear what he was saying.  Luckily when he finally let us out  of the cab (after wasting $30+, plus having to pay for a different cab to take us back to where we came from) there was a police car across the street. He let us know that we were taken the whole way into Philadelphia and helped us get a cab back to Ardmore. This is the worst and most sketchy taxi company in the area! DO NOT USE THEM.

Needed to catch a train to a train station that was just seven tenths of a mile away. I'd said when calling the night before that I had to catch this specific train and the driver had to be there at an exact time. The driver was seven minutes late. I made it because I allowed for poor service. When at the station and I asked how much, the driver looked at his phone and said it was $6. Seemed high for a short trip that had one light and took about four minutes.

Waited 36 minutes at the mall to be told someone would be there shortly. No long wait mentioned when I booked.   Waited 24 minutes more and was told the car broke down.  Sure. I believe that.   Waited on hold and was told another driver was being sent.  Total wait 1 hour 10 minutes AT THE MALL!!!!  Then had to listen to back talk from the dispatcher who wanted to know why I was upset over nothing. 
Driver Raoul was 5 stars so the one star is for him or I would give them -0-.
Go elsewhere.
