My office in The Mellon Center connects right to it. I get off the train and walk right to my office. Pizza in the station is low price and very good. There's shops and other stores plus they make it look nice around Christmas. Police everywhere so you feel safe. The layout tells you exactly where to go. There are homeless people here but they keep to themselves. Sometimes they ask you to buy a news paper. Don't use the bathrooms!

Every morning I have to dodge puddles of piss and piles of human waste to get my morning cup of coffee at DD. This morning took the proverbial cake as I watched a homeless woman drop her pants, lean up against the wall right next to DD and take a piss while dozens of commuters walked by. I can't understand how this is acceptable to the City/Septa?

This is one of the 3 main Philadelphia hubs for Septa. It is next to the Comcast building underground. It's not the cleanest place, but is usually safe with police patrols into the night. There are several shops, news stabs, food and public bathrooms. But note, the homeless frequent these bathrooms and sometimes bathe here.

Oh my God this place is discusting!!! Full of homeless people who go to the bathroom everywhere sleeping on all of the benches. There is nowhere for a traveler to sit because every bench has a homeless person sleeping on it the entire building smells like a combination of toilet feet and armpit. The septa police do absolutely nothing about it either. The biggest shock was the bathroom which I figured would be OK since all of the homeless were going right out in the station.. Well the bathroom I found was where the local men meet to have sex with each other.. Gross!!!!.. Right? Not so gross for septa police I found after reporting that two men were engaged in sex inside a stall. I was told by septa police " good for them". Someone should slap the face of the person in charge of Suburban Station

I expected this staton to look a lot better especially since it is in center city.
