Reserved the night before to go to train station. Called to confirm after they didn't arrive on time and was told we would be put on urgent status, but no indication about how far away a driver was. If the hotel hadn't gotten us there we would have missed the train. I would definitely not recommend them if you need to be picked up a specific time and expect them to let you know know if they can't.

Today ....We were promised an absolute on time ride in a wheelchair accessible taxi to take my father with advanced dementia to the doctor. He has a large fast growing skin lesion on his face that needs to be seen ASAP. Getting him out if the house is a very long and exhausting process for him and as we know , appointments with specialists are often hard to come by. So....the pick-up time arrives and no taxi. Fifteen minutes later.....a call is made to z trip to inquire as to the taxi's location. Response.....we're trying to find a driver.TRYING to find a driver for a prescheduled taxi ride? Absolutely unbelievable, completely negligent, and unprofessional.  Our hearts were broken for my dad. You never know what may happen if someone doesn't get their ride....particularly someone in a wheelchair. Never use this service! The risk is too great.

Perfect ride today from Pitt's downtown to Swissvale, very comfortable and affordable taxi. In my opinion - everything's ok!

There’s a reason uber is running you out of business. Your drivers are insane. How about you hire people who can drive around instead of people who get their licenses out of a cereal box. They make me feel unsafe. They break the laws constantly. Take Uber or Lyft. They have to prove they can drive.

Tonight my car broke down at the intersection of east mifflin and river road and I had my mom and kids with me. I called ztrip because I needed to get my kids and my mom home while I waited on AAA. To make a long story short ztrip was awesome! The lady on the phone was very nice to me and did what she had to do to get my family home despite me not having a address to give my location. Within 20 mins 3 drivers responded and called me! It was awesome God bless them!. Thanks for everything ztrip. We are home safe!
