I shopped around for insurance and when I call mainstream Tom K was completely helpful and courteous to me. I couldn't ask for better service from someone. While I was waiting for my quote to load he made me feel like we had known each other for years. Everything I needed to know to get the best deal was provided. They really do look out for you. And when I arrived we were able to get everything signed and all done so quick!!! I was also told of other ways to save money while I was in the office! Everyone was really kind and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.. thank u so much mainstream team!!! You guys rock!!!!

Tom is the absolute best, he makes everything easy to understand, is personable, patient and gets right to the point . He has been providing excellent customer service to my mother for over 15 years and 2 years now for me. Definitely goes above and beyond and does the best he can to make sure you get all discounts you can possibly receive and the best rates. Everyone else that I have come into contact with at Mainstream whether in person or over the phone has also been extremely great and helpful. Glad I found your team and agency ! I highly recommend to Everyone !

Mainstream Auto Insurance is the only place i will go to fulfill my insurance needs! Friendly personable staff that is always on the look out for you the consumer and to save you the money you deserve. I have been a loyal, continuous customer for over 7 years now and will never switch companies. Their staff is multilingual, and very knowledgeable in this industry, especially Tom K. he is the gem behind this business!

absolutely am happy with the service they provide. I usually don’t call in the office but when I do I speak to Kim and she is very kind and explains everything well and I am able to understand and make changes. She takes her time even when she is busy to make sure everything is taken care of in the call. Everyone at mainstream seems really friendly and gives great customer service. It’s about to be another year with them and I couldn’t of ask for a better insurance agency!

Staff is always friendly. They are very honest and will always tell you all your options, not what they think you should take. Alexandra is the one that started working with us and we absolutely lover her enthusiasm and professionalism and her desire to help us understand everything regarding the policy. She is always honest on giving you information you should know. She explains everything and any questions you may have. Me and my family have gone there for years and we don't plan to leave.
