Good customer service! Friendly staff. Food was ok/good. Might not have selected the best from menu. Picking the vegetarian chili may have been a dumb rookie move. First time, so I might have to go back, to get a real feel for the selection. But my country turkey club on spinach wrap was excellent!! The setup of the dining experience was enjoyable to me (great lighting, furniture, spacing, art, aesthetic etc...) Kid's food options are a bare minimum. I would give the location a high rating though. Perfect spot to run to after visiting City Hall or the Library. I left without my coffee flask, and the manager ran out and flagged me down from across the street. I was frankly shocked by this amazing gesture of kindness. There is so much customer service wisdom, in that one act of courtesy. I certainly won't forget that the next time I am on that side of town.

The food is consistently delicious, especially their cookie and the flag bowl. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the service could be quicker. Other than that, very convenient place to eat.

The Dip was tasty and large enough. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The prices are fair.

Love the create your own salad. Always fresh so many choices to put in the salad and I like that they xhop and mix the salad before you get it.
