The food tastes good, but the employees don't care much about the customer. They're nice and polite, but the service is consistently bad. They might burn the bacon on your breakfast burrito, tell you that they're out of basic ingredients that the food items have on them (i.e. avocado), and delivery might take two hours. This burrito shop could be so good and popular if they cared.

I really like eating at this place. But after going for a while noticed some TERRIBLE food sanitation. They leave cooked beef and rice out for hours on the back counter. The BIGGEST turn off, was that I ordered steak nachos (love them), but the employees will use their gloved hand to take out the raw steak and cook it and then take the germ infested raw juice glove and make orders with it. They literally contaminated the rice and beans scoops, and then put their whole hands into the condiments (all of them cause I get all of them). Im surprised they don't have any health violations. The issue with the steak has happened to me multiple times. Oh yea, the nachos don't have nacho cheese and queso is extra?! How do nachos not have cheese... Also service is terrible, the people there take forever to make an order, there is no organization with the staff. There are bugs flying around. I thought I'd put my review in after I read a few myself. I will probably be going less and less.

Good food, good price, they deliver, and they understand their target audience enough to be open crazy late!
