This place sucks now -BWW must be trying to put more money in CEO pockets by them no longer having waiters/waitresses, you have to stand in line, order at the window, go to the bar to order a drink, when th he alarm goes off go back to the window to pick up the order, and even clean up your own area. McDonald's does this but if I wanted McDonald's I would have went there. No jobs hurts the economy! How is a parent supposed to watch the kids and serve themselves at the same time?!?! Bad change BWW :(

A few friends and I went to this location for lunch on Saturday 2/17. I was extremely disappointed in the service we received, or lack there of. We sat near the bar for nearly 10 minutes and before we were finally greeted by the bartender, who saw us sit down and look at the menus. I had made eye contact with this bartender serval times before she came over and told us that we have to order at the window in the back. I asked for waters for the table at this time and got a sassy "well, actually..." for a response. The girls at the window were at least polite. But more on this bartender: at one point she sat down to eat a little food. When she finished, she briefly cleaned her hands with hand sanitizer, not with soap and water... during flu season no less. We were never asked how our food tasted or offered any other drinks from the bar. Maybe it was my repsonibility as the patron to order from the bar, but none of this was obviously clear or explained. I'll never return to this location. Very disappointed and grossed out.

Boneless wings were just fine. Clean restaurant, polite and attentive staff, but this has to be the ONLY place in america that CHARGES for dressing and celery with an order of wings!!! I mean seriously. Glad I only have a little left on my gift card, so I can go non-chain instead.

Nice sports bar inside Old Capitol Town Center with tons of tvs. They even ask if there is a specfic game you came in to see and will change the tvs to what brought you in. Great place to watch a game. Good place to bring kids, with a kids menu that includes classics like mac and cheese, hamburgers, and chicken tenders. They have a fried pickle appetizer that is good if you like salty food. Of course they have good wings (regular or boneless) with tons of different sauces but they also make good wraps, salads, sandwiches, and burgers too. Lots of beer too!

I will always love the food (especially the wings!) at BWW, but I do not like their choice to make the whole restaurant self service...
