Main lodge is my favorite. It's the highest in elevation along with access to the top of the mountain. I also enjoy skiing or boarding to the outpost.

California's snow playground! Three major peaks for you to enjoy the daylight. Beautiful all year round depending on your climate preference!

Fun bike park! I went two days and it was slow during the weekday. I was able to get on the gondola without any line. There was a line on the weekend but it went quickly. And the other two lift were great! Bike park was very loose. Like riding in sand but still fun! Signs for trails need to be better marked. I had to help so many riders that got lost.

We plan on staying at the Main Lodge on our next visit to Mammoth Mountains for skiing. The people there were nice and everyone was beyond helpful NOT TO MENTION, it is right ON the ski area. No car needed. My son likes to ski here and I generally go to Tamarack for Cross country but might try my hand at down hill this year! He loves it SO MUCH!
