Watch out for Handy Driver in 54840 Not much confidence that a complaint will carry much water. Driver barreling down a two lane road approaching a 6 lane in Parrish. Didn't think he was going to stop with a passenger right up front. I would pay for a private service before using these clowns.

Never on time, very dirty, the routes are bad. For some reason the buses all have digital displays inside them that are turned off. It would be nice to see just how late the buses are running.

Good luck trying to get around in Palmetto. The buses run 2 hour routes and then change route numbers at the end. Ridiculous! When I asked how to get around with these new routes, I was told that I would have to walk more.

I try soooo hard to be nice about workers. But the lady driving route 99 to palmetto at 3:25 today was the absolute RUDEST PERSON I've ever met! She talked down to me like I was a child, she practically yelled at me, and she got angry with me when the force of the bus stopping made me move forward! I told her I was still learning the routes and the stops and she was incredibly short with me. I should have head to the other reviews warning me about the rude bus drivers, but I've never had a problem with one until this very impatient lady. It got to the point where I had to tell her she was scaring me for her to even utter an apology (a very small unconvincing one mind you) I hate that I have to continue using the bus because of my situation, but I will continue to give it a bad review every month until I see things have changed otherwise. I'm not giving the transit a bad review, I'm giving THAT BUS DRIVER a bad review. The bus provides a great and convenient service. I just don't like rude people.

I think its horrible that the routes in Palmetto have been made smaller and even taken some of the stops away. So now my 5 month old and I have to walk 16 blocks instead of 8 to catch a bus to get to Bradenton. And now to get down 8th Ave in Palmetto I have to ride the whole route so I can get to the places the busses used to go as soon as they left the station. Why not have a few busses go back and forth over the bridge so we can keep our routes in Palmetto??? Makes more sense to do that way.
