My MD did not do titers so off to this awful place I went. There are hundreds of ppl without jobs that are willing to work and these ungrategul complacent ppl sit there with the most unwelcoming looks on thier faces. Then you wait forever. I paid dearly for my test but was treated like I was scum. How could anyone work with 6 inch nails? I hope to never go back there. Plain and simple, a horrible experience.

The staff was nice, but the wait was so awful, they need to do a better job on the wait time specially that they told me that I need it to be there before 11:00 am just to pick up my daughter immunization form and the wait was 1hour and 10mins. Not good

I've had 2 awful experiences. I took my little sister to be put on birth control and we waited in two different waiting rooms for over 2 hours before we decided to leave without seeing a physician or getting a prescription. The second time my boyfriend needed lab work only done for insurance purposes and after explaining what he needed to several people and even writing it down he wasn't told until an hour and a half later when they were taking his blood pressure that they don't preform one of the tests he needed and he left without any services.

Most dispicable establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. Rude staff, no genuine care and no regard or concern for health and wellness. Atrocity. Truly disgraceful.
