I am disappointed about the way the employees at this office have treated me. They are disrespectful and not helpful at all when it comes to asking a simple question. I have had employees speak to me like i am be low them and with attitudes that was not called for. If you all ready go to this office and you have had better service I congratulate you. But because of the way i have been spoken too and treated I am changing my health insurance.

One star bc it wont allow me to leave none. This place is disgusting. I have an autistic son and I explained the situation about how to go about doing the sealants. The "dr" told me "I've seen autistic kids all day and your son isn't autistic he's just being a brat" I asked her to remove everything from his mouth and she said she was going to continue to finish the sealants. She had about 2 done at that time. She finally took everything out of his mouth after he refused to open his mouth and as he was reaching up to wipe his face from crying she cut his hand with one of the tools she had!! I told them I was going to another dentist and she said "by law you have to bring him here and let us finish the sealants!" DONT be fooled by their lies, it is NOT against the law to remove your child from there and take them to another dentist! This place needs to be shut down!

I wish i could give 0 stars! They call me to tell me I have lyme disease over the phone, and then didnt ask me ANY HIPAA information. I could of been anyone. They are of no help at all!!!!!

Horrible!!!!!! very unorganized. appointments are months before you can schedule this place sucks. they charge you 11$ for your own child's physical copy and immunization copy per copy. you wait 10 minutes in the waiting room but 2 hrs in the exam room for the doctor to see you for 3 minutes walk out and then make you wait another hour or two before you can go home. when you call them for information on Obtaining Copies Of Physical OR SHOT Record They Tell TO Just Walk In The Clinic AND Ask For it but when you go to the clinc they tell you that you have to call and request for it these people are a joke very unprofessional the pediatric office mainly!!!!!! Also not for nothing but everyone in there speaks Spanish or there first language is Spanish the communication for people who speak English have difficulty understanding what there saying I'm Hispanic and speak Spanish not as my first language but i could communicate if need be but English is my first language and I can't understand anything they say in English they need more Americanized Hispanics who speak fluent English as well as Spanish to run there office

They need a better system to make appointments,you have to call only on a Monday for appointments and they have you on hold forever,i have been on hold for over an hour and when they do pick up its only to tell you sorry all appointments are booked for next two weeks,call back following Monday when they open booking dates again.....and so you do this cycle over and over again,and everytime same results..".sorry we are booked ..call back...". I know I am not the only customer frustrated by this appointment system. .......PLEASE PLEASE RELOOK AT YOUR CURRENT SYSTEM AND MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS.!!
