The staff is unhelpful and they do not answer the phone. We have called in excess of 20 times WHILE THEY ARE OPEN and we continue to be ignored. Terrible service.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO SOLID DAYS TO GET TO SOMEONE TO ASK A QUESTION. I HAVE LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AND STATED MY BUSINESS ON AN ANSWERING MACHINE THREE TIMES AND NEVER GET A CALL BACK. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A JOB APPARENTLY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS IN DESPERATE NEED!

Just horrible service. No one can't ever answer the phones and all the transferring. I wish I could give it no stars!

I called Tuesday around 1 pm on the 4th of October and it matched me with the operator. The line then began to ring and a lady picked up and said "Administration" I started smiling because I was slow enough to not be able to hit the extension. I started to tell her "Im sorry! I missed the----" She hung up on me. I heard her struggle to put the phone down and then hung up. It's ridiculous......
