A clean but unneeded mall smack dab in the middle of midtown Manhattan. It makes about as much sense as putting a fleet of NY cabs in Montana. Strictly for the hick tourists. They go to malls out in whatever place they're from, so I guess this small mall makes them feel comfortable. But why come to NY to go mall shopping? It's a lousy little mall whether here or elsewhere. Tourists: go to a real street shop like Macy's, right across 34 St and the chain's main flagship store. Save the malls for Dubuque or Tucson or Boise or Tallahassee.

It's good shopping spot, but there's no free or paid parking and food court. Place is always clean and inviting. Security Guards are on duty for safety. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There's a vendor selling facial and body scrub lotion. If you're coming and thinking about dining inside the mall, then you've come to the wrong place. Otherwise, I'd recommend this shopping center.

The Manhattan Mall is quite spacious and always clean!! U can always find something there for yourself or someone else and decent price points so u can find expensive items as well as affordable, nice selection of stores considering the space as a whole. But, service in most stores will be wack because they are always complaining about their jobs and don't care who hears it! One time I politely asked an associate if they could ring my items and she went off on me as to why she didn't feel like it! I then let her know why her behavior wasn't a good idea & her attitude was so uncalled for! For the most part, I visit knowing what I want so it's fine and I'll take my time and browse/shop. Don't ask anyone for help unless u absolutely have to tho, they really seem to either hate their jobs or dont care about it too much :-/

O yes, it's a "mall". In New York. No wonder it kinda s***ks. Who wants to come to New York City to go to a mall? If you care, book a flight to the Mall of America and don't come back. Having said that, J C Penney is a good place to get CHEAP clothes. They put it in the basement so your friends can't see you going there.

Not a traditional mall that most people are used to around the country. There is a very limited number of stores, with JCP being the largest. It's an okay mall if you know what you want, and you don't want much. Your options are limited.
