The room that I have is nice and big enough for the things I have to store. I like the security of the area. You have the option to purchase a lock for your storage room, but they also give you an extra lock to put on your room. When I joined, the first month was free. After the first month, the small 4x4x5 rooms are $89. It's also a 24 hour facility, so you can come and go as you please.

The Manhattan mini storage located on 260 Spring Street located downtown Manhattan are very professional and knowledgeable. The manager of the location Carlos and Mark are very professional and courtesy. There staff are very pleasant and nice.

This is my third experience with the Varick Street Manhattan Mini Storage. Frank and Andrew are a pleasure to deal with and the service they offer is top notch. Prices for storage spaces are reasonable and the facility is maintained in great condition. The facility is clean, affordable and a good value for the money. I would highly recommend them.

Another excellent experience at the Spring Street location in Manhattan! Andrew went above and beyond to help me move into my new storage space and I couldn't be more thankful for his generosity and graciousness! Always a great interaction with the staff at this location. Thanks everyone!
