Ordered a flower arrangement for Valentine's Day, on Valentine's Day and they were one of the few who would actually able to deliver same-day. Unfortunately, I was trying to place an order for Manhattan, NY and not CA. After placing the order, I received a phone call letting me know that they were in CA, and not in NY, and offered to cancel the order for me. They took care of cancelling the order even when the error was my own. Any business that places the customer first and proactively solves problems is great in my book. The site had a great selection, and the customer service was on point. Definitely worth a look if you need to send flowers in So Cal.

Manhattan Village Florist has been a great resource for flowers. I've been using them for years and I know the owner. Her work is always a step above the other florist in the area that I've used.

Patricia picked a beautiful arrangement for my occasion and was a pleasure to work with. She asked me specific questions about what I wanted and provided suggestions to ensure it came out perfect. I look forward to the next time I use Manhattan Village Florist. Thank you Patricia for a great experience.
