After the last full-service outdoor retailer closed in Prescott in August 2006, Manzanita Outfitters took root that December, filling the demand for quality gear and apparel suited for both extreme outdoor enthusiasts and everyday adventurers. In 2011, we moved from our original location in Frontier Village, to expand, adding a full-service cyclery in the Depot Marketplace.
It is the mission of Manzanita Outfitters, and owner Dave Wheeler, to provide the Prescott area with a curated selection of the highest quality products, a knowledgeable and friendly staff of outdoor experts, and to give back both to Manzanita supporters, and our non-profit community partners who benefit from our ‘Rewardz’ program.
With a focus on customer service, we strive to provide a welcoming environment and an enjoyable experience for each and every Manzanita customer, outfitting your spirit of adventure with quality gear and apparel that is right for you – at the right price, too!
