Rude sales woman! I was the only customer and left within two minutes...found what I needed at the shop next door.

I went their to place some clothing in the store and was questioned as to who clothes it was, then put off and not contacted for an appointment. My guess was that because I'm a mantle clothes could not really be owned by me, even though i stated it was mine. Or maybe she just does not want to deal with men? The owner did suggest an alternative.

Never had a problem, the ladies are always very nice. The only time they seem stressed is when there are 40 people meandering through the shop.
I'd be stressed too. My wife has found several items there and consigned several items there. Is it a large chain store in a mall in Phoenix? No, it's a small shop in Prescott. Remember that.

I will never go into this store again! Rude ladies work there! They follow while you shop like you're really gonna try and steal their used stuff. I am disabled and have a catheter in my arm attached to a pump...these ladies stared so hard it was uncomfortable....not to mention so rude! I don't know if they've never seen a sick person or a Mexican but whatever their problem is...I hope they lose business! I see this is not the only negative review.
