Four Douglas A-4 Skyhawks in salvage area at northwest corner of field, just south of the piston banging airliners that slowly die agonizing deaths.  Poor beautiful airplanes just going to waste.

A smaller FBO, very easy to navigate and fly into. I would recommend this airport as a quick little stop over, clean restrooms, decent prices on fuel, and easy car rental. Great airport to take flying lessons too, there is a school on the airport.

I would recommend it.

I'm no pilot but I recommend eating at the Sky Ryder cafe anytime you're in the area.  Friendly service and good food

Sad to see the Columbine Constellation sitting neglected at your airport. Just saw the YouTube video ( A Presidential Aircraft Decaying In The Arizona Desert - Hatteberg's People TV ). Good though that there are a few people concerned about it's fate/future. I remember when it came to Abilene, KS in 1990 for Ike's 100th birthday celebration. I got to sit in the pilot's seat while it was parked at the Abilene airport.

I know there is some noise around airports and that frequent starts and landings are common. However, flying circles over residential areas for hours and hours seems very unnecessary. Especially since this happens mostly after lunch - around nap time for the kids. It is no wonder that our house prices drop here at Continental Ranch.
