The general manager welcomed us as we walked in, very friendly and energetic, grandparents and I went in after my lasik surgery. Never been there before but will definitely be going back!! Very very great pizza and cheese sticks.. I highly recommend going! Nice place, clean, fun and friendly employees!!  10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I placed a very large order online.  I was contacted by a guy from the store who scolded me telling me that in the future I needed to calll ahead because large orders were an inconvenience.  He literally called me after er I placed an order online to tell me that our $300 order was a bother.  I called the Fargo location and I asked if there was a manager for both stores that I could speak to.  The girl said and I quote “yeah um he left for the weekend and won’t be back” I explained what had transpired with the Guy at the West Fargo store and she said “oh yeah it would s really inconvenient when we get a large order”. At that point I was pretty angry.  I had now been told by two different employees at two different locations that I was being inconvenient because I had such a large order.  I said “excuse me I’m now t going to be called inconvenient when I’m spending probably 5 times what normal customers are spending.  I told her I wanted a manger to call me immediately.  She said I’m sorry you took it that way.  Um what took?  Took it what way?  I had literally now been told twice I was bothering a pizza place because I spent TOO much money.  Then when I told her I’m not taking it anyway that in fact I had had Marcos employees go literally out of their way to be rude to me she said “yeah you’re rude”. 

I tried to write this on the website but can’t because it’s too long.  So I’m just going to write a letter to the editor of the Fargo Forum.  I cannot fathom a business model that includes allowing your employees to call customers to scold them.  Absolutely terrible.

Pizza and food was good.  Delivery guy was nice and said he’d talk to the owner.

Repeat customer at west fargo location.  Their online ordering is very easy to use.  They are freaky fast at delivery.  The pizza is good, but I agree, sometimes it can be a bit bland for people who like spicier foods.  Overall, I will keep ordering. Use the coupons if you can as it can get expensive without them.
