Placed our order at 11:45pm and at 12:52am we called to ask if the order was on the way or if it had even gone through. The woman who answered sounded confused and, at first, told us it was out for delivery and would be there in 4 minutes, but then told us it hadn't gone out for delivery yet and would be here in 15-20 minutes. It's now 1:38am, still no one has shown up and no one is answering the phone. Horrible customer service - would not recommend.

Update: 2:15am and our food finally arrived - we refused to pay for it as we waited well over 2 hours for it. We explained how we called at 12:52 to make sure it was still coming and when he looked at the receipt it said the order wasn't placed until 1:50am, which isn't possible as they close at 1am...He also said they were short on delivery drivers. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

I would give negative if allowed. Pizza was not correct. I waited more than one hour and twenty mins for the correct one and I got nothing, so I drive to the store with the incorrect pizza. I'm like hey sir this is not what i ordered. He's like what do you want after a min or two, he said you'll be refund in 2-3 business days then threw away the pizza without a sorry. Never ever order pizza at this store!!!

Manager needs to step up. These guys are the worst! Order was wrong and cold when I ordered online.. they didn’t get my extra cheese or extra sause.  The call center in Kansas credited me for the cold pizza but not the cold breadsticks. The second time I decided to call them hoping they would get it right... the guy on the phone, mid-order, asked me to hold, and set the phone down... I heard him pick up the other phone asking him to hold, but it was his friend, so he picked my phone back up and asked me to hold again... then proceeded to hang up on me.  I don’t trust these guys to make a pizza if they can’t take a call.  The owner or manager needs to step in and actually train their staff.

The staff that works there has no idea what they are doing, when I was there I had to wait 45 minutes for take out and I went when the pizza was supposedly done. The was no Mgr there and than when one showed up he did nothing but complain

Had a coupon for a free pizza.
But beings it's free and it's there fault that it was wrong they will not honor another pizza, how rude is that...
What kind of a business is that. This is the last time I will be ordering from them.
