Overall like what they have to offer.  Their loyalty program is great and the pizza of the month is good to try.  I don't like their Pepperoni or Cheese as much, but some of the more specialty options are well worth it and a great New York style pizza with large slices.

Their chips and salsa are also surprisingly refreshing and flavorful.  One of their many good side dishes they offer.

Ordered a carry out pizza last night and it turned into a frustrating, disappointing, and waste of money experience.  Crust was burnt and hard, 1 slices of taco pizza had all the meat and the rest was practically bare, was missing the tortilla chips and I ordered/paid extra for sour cream only to get it home and find out they didn’t give it to us.  Was informed that pizza would be ready in 20min and I ended up waiting 30 mins past that.  Staff didn’t seem like they knew what was going on and were very unorganized.  Based on numerous reviews in the past few months.  We are not the only ones that have noticed the poor service.  Mangers/owners should do their jobs and get there staff properly trained.  This was far from a quality experience or pizza.

Poor service. Just don't waste your time going. It's like winning the lotto. You hope this time it will work out, but it never does. Unacceptable service every single time. It's so bad it's almost funny. Don't order online because it may disappear and have fun navigating their website that must've been designed in 1998. It is clear ownership does not care one bit about the customer or business itself.

This place is hit or miss. One day the pizza might be perfect and no problems with the delivery, the next day the pizza is undercooked and is EXTREMELY light on toppings or the delivery driver has no idea where they're going or takes around 2 hours.  The last order I placed took around an hour and 50 minutes, I received a call from the driver saying I gave him a bogus address... Even tho I used my online account which I've ordered countless pizzas from with no issue.  At this point having waited 2 hours I told them I was good and canceled the order.  I received an email from spicy pie the next day apologizing for the mix up, and letting me know my rewards account would be credited back.  Well as I'm about to order right now it looks like they didn't honor crediting my rewards account back.  Not really surprised.  And also not ordering from here again.
