Had an appointment scheduled for this morning, originally planned for it to be a Bridal gown appointment but luckily found a dress the day before at another shop. So was using this appointment for bridesmaid dresses, flower girl, & mother of the bride. I had he first appointment of the day so I wasn't able to let them know ahead of time we'll be looking for different dresses which I didn't think would be a huge deal since we had an appointment anyway. When I informed them as soon as we got there the older lady at the desk got an attitude and then started talking about me to her associate that was also behind the desk. We proceeded to look at bridesmaid dresses where we had no help trying things on. I brought 2 of my bridesmaids, there was another party of 3 other people trying on dresses, and one other girl. A total of 5 people and 1 sales associate was helping all of us. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I would never recommended this place to anyone if you're looking for an enjoyable experience DO NOT GO HERE!

Mariella's is fabulous! I called them one day because an appointment at a different bridal store I had no called-no showed on me and was closed. ( talk about a horrible experience) and they warmly welcomed me to drive down and immediately added me to their book assuring me they were open! lol Not only were they open and ready to take me, my stylist did a great job listening to what i was looking for and finding my perfect dress! The staff are so calm and friendly and ready to listen to what your looking for making it a very calm happy relaxed experience

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. Went into this store with an appointment excited to try on dresses, but the staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Also, if you are looking for any dresses that are sparkly, fitted, anything that isn’t plain don’t go here. This store only has plain dresses and NOT a wide selection at all. Don’t go here!!!

This place is incredible. I bought my wedding dress and every exchange I've had with them is professional, courteous and just really sweet! They spend time and listen to what you like. They're patient when you can't make up your mind. They're hospitable when your sister brings her double stroller and helped carry it up stairs so we didn't wake a baby. They're clean and fashionable. Go here. It's amazing.

Also did my bride's maids dresses here: a bit more expensive than some, less than others, but classy high quality dressed. The dresses came in on time, the alterations were easy, and they were able to pretty accurately size my one friend who sent her measurements from out of state and then shipped her the dress. 

I really don't like dress shopping. My mother suggest Mariella's (she bought her wedding dress here as well) and I agreed to give it a shot. So glad I did! I came in with no pictures, only a description of the sorts of styles I thought I might like (some sort of cap type sleeve or thicker neckline, shapely neckline, no mermaid, somewhat fitted, lace, sparkle but not a ton, and not too white as I am pasty as a beluga whale). I had gone to David's with some friends to try on a variety of shapes in order to see what fits my body, so I was *slightly* prepped.

The girls at the front desk were attentive even though I arrived fairly early for my appointment, but they were able to accommodate me immediately and sent me up to meet my consultant, Dora.

Dora - was fantastic! I gave her my budget and she stuck well within it.  I really enjoyed myself! The very first dress I tried on was almost perfect! I tried on a few more just to see what I liked when it came down to the details, and ended up buying a slightly more formal dress. Dora was quick, professional, pleasant, and made me very comfortable. I can be very decisive "yes, nope, almost, but too much bling, etc" and she was quick to say "alright! I've got another dress that fits what you're saying!" and off she went to grab it. 

I did not feel pressured for a decision - they even told me to go home and sleep on it a bit and call them back in a few days with my decision.

So far, this has been a great place for me. I'll review again after I get through the fitting process

Forgot to update this: fitting were excellent! There was a minor hiccup and an expected alteration wasn't done on time, but no worries, they pressed right thought a holiday to make sure it was perfect in time for the final fitting; and even then they were able to re-alter the dress my newly fit body. Everyone one was very kind and the final price was excellent
