Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. I was pleased to be able to walk in and get an oil change on the spot at 8:00 am.  The sign outside boasts $14.95 and I noticed there was no disclaimer.  I found out later that indeed there are additional charges that are not noted on their banner.  The inside of the store and restroom were filthy.  The clerk did not know if the $10 rebate would be a Visa card or a Meineke gift card so at this point I was thinking that I should have just left as I didn't want to be locked into coming back to redeem it.    Oil change was quick.  At checkout the clerk explained that he was out of rebate papers so he just took $10 off the final cost.  Kudos

Brought my car for a emissions had a feeling it was going to fail. So Scott the one who everyone is complaining about calls me tells me the car is ready. I ask did it pass, he said no someone cleared the code and Yes I knew that so I ask what do I need to do to correct this and his response as a mechanic. " I don't know drive it"! OK Then nice answer and he was rude about it.

Good place. I did a basic oil change for my car and the manager and the mechanic were very responsive and good. It took about 20 minutes for me to check everything.

I was traveling out of state going to a meeting. On highway i heard a scrape and hard time stopping. I went to meineke and Scott got me right in. Scott showed me caliper hold down bolts missing and brake caliper hitting rim for tire. I recently had work done at another shop for these brakes within 1 month. Scott got the needed parts and had me on the road within an hr. I even made it to my meeting on time! Thanks for the great service when I was in a jam. I will be using Meineke from now on in my state!

My father and I have been coming into meineke for years, Scott has always been very helpful with finding us the best deals and always makes sure our cars are taken care of. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else (:
