I am new to riding the bus here although I've lived here over 10 yrs. I was skeptical that i would like it. I ride the CCT 101 early Express Bus. It definitely leaves on time because I missed it once :-) The center and parking lot are clean and seem to be cared for pretty well. I haven't had any issues so far. I'm loving my work commute bus experience. Plus my company pays for my Breeze card! Winning! What's there to complain about :-)

I am hot or cold on this service. On some days it is an absolute lifesaver. I take it from the Marietta Transfer Station to Midtown. I park my car at the transfer station. The pros: - pretty consistent, and the one I take comes every 15 mins (or so) during rush hour - most people are on their way to work or school so there is generally not much drama - some of the drivers are so nice - I've met some nice people on the 10 from all walks of life. I like that the cons: - it can easily get delayed during traffic, so you may wait for 30 min and then two buses get there in a row - there are a couple of drivers who are downright mean. There is one who makes fun of people of Pakistani/Indian descent, especially their accents. The same is true if they are Asian or Hispanic. - there are a mess of people at the transfer station, mainly young men drinking and smoking pot. I find this scary. These are not men on their way to work - they are bums. I wish this area was patrolled. I have seen these guys leering at some young girls. Not cool - I don't know why but it seems like the people getting on the 10 are allergic to standing in line. From the Arts Center at rush hour, a bus will come up and the latest arriving people (almost always the ladies) just push their way up front. Wish people would stand in line. Anyway, my two cents. I am glad I have this option.

I live in Atlanta, Marta is much more frequent....cct is Slow! Omg...I'm stressed trying to get somewhere and had to use Marta because my geeked up friend is unreliable..I recommend leaving several hours early.

Worst Public Transportation EVER! I am from California where public transportation is a hot commodity. I believe if you're going to create bus line especially in a county that offers a lot of warehouse jobs, BE ON TIME. They get salty when you curse them out when they're actually the ones late.

Is there an option for negative stars? On any given day i can wait amwhere from 45 minutes to a hour plus past the scheduled pick up time. CCT needs to get their act together, you call customer servicw amd are told to either wait or walk a couple of blocks to another stop. My favorite is when their GPS system is down and they cant track their bus.
