Greyhound has failed us all this holiday season. From dirty restrooms on bus and stations. Disrespectful employees from the drivers to the station folks even security. Rude very bossy we were treated like human cattle without the stamp. I experienced elderly folks being dogged by the drivers even threatened to be put off . The drivers lock down the handicap seats put there paper there. No call up for disabled Me, seniors,women and children at a few locations. I handled my special handling bags along with the elderly. NO HELP 4 THEM OR RESPECT DO NOT LET YOUR PARENTS GO ALONE ON GREYHOUND .OFFERED THE STRANDED ONES ME,US NO FOOD VOUCHER NOTHING.WE NEED MORE GROUND TRANSPORTATION BESIDES GREYHOUND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US. NO DRIVERS SCHEDULED OVER BOOKED A NUMBER OF TRIPS WITH AGAIN NO DRIVERS. JUST ABANDONED BUSES, BREAKS WERE LOCKING UP THE DRIVERS WERE OVER WORK.WE ALMOST VEERED OFF THE ROAD 30 MINS STRAIGHT. I HAVE MUCH MORE EVEN VIDEOS. I'M OUTDONE THIS TRIP.MAN ROAD ON STEPS. WHEN IT CLEARLY STATES PROHIBITED BY LAW. Broke carts in Detroit 3 employees 1 supervisor hiding at for over 3 hrs. 1 security he was over stressed and worked. 1 lil fellow doing everything. Put on for front with the guard. Next day another dirty supervisor won't even talk to you having a phone to the ear turning back on you not listening to one word. JUST DISRESPECTFUL NO MORALS JUST THERE FOR A CHECK.

Great price on my ticket and basic service is solid. This particular location however - good luck figuring out how to get into the parking lot!! Drove past it more than once before realizing you have to turn into the college and then left off of college drive. I haven't been back to verify but I'm not entirely sure there is a sign off of the college drive indicating where you have to turn left to get to the station.

A 36 hr trip from Houston,Tx to Washington DC was memorable with exception of ATL 3 hr layover that went to 6 hrs due to failure to execute business operations. Left to deal with circus and inadequate staff. ATL being a major hub, think I'll try Megabus next time.$200 ticket and that treatment is unacceptable..

First, this place isn't easy to get to if you don't know the area because the entrance has been blocked off so you have to go in through the college entrance. The hours claim they open at 9am... They open whenever the employees feel like rolling in. Pretty ridiculous especially since a majority of people use the app/website to buy their ticket and need to pick it up from the station. It's also nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Probably because they don't feel the need to show up during the hours they claim to be open.

I recently went to pick up one of my relative from the bus station. I was expecting big station where u would find bus stop and the routes . When I navigated through maps I could not even find the place according for the marker on the map I missed a turn had to search for the place around in a heavy traffic U really had to enter kennesaw state university and immediately take a left where u would find a small board that says Greyhound lines. And then later when u reach to actual location the place was not open and it seems it only opens at 9. How do u expect a person to stay in the cold outside where the bus reaches the place at 7 and the place opens only at 9. Greyhound has to be more passenger friendly
