I have been to other HSS departments in the bay area. The civil servants I have met with are great.

They handled my information as pro as possible. Be patient with them and follow directions down to a T. Turn off cell phones volume to avoid akward scenarios.

Terrible. They just want to get rid of you. Someone should go in there with a video camera and then go for a class action law suit.
