Storage security and unit were good. Unfortunately you need to beware. We paid a month in advance but then we were able to move out early and gave them a weeks notice. They refused to refund any money. If we had paid for a 2 weeks only we would have been ok but since we were nice enough to pay in advance they said no because that's how the contract is. Said they went to their corporate office and they said no. So we were out and they kept 2 weeks of storage cost. Something for the better business bureau to look at. Sounds like a rip off to me.

This is a family-owned storage facility with very reasonable pricing, good security, and a thoughtful staff. To give you some idea, one windy night I had not latched the padlock on my unit properly and the door blew open. The folks here detected that right away and made multiple efforts to contact me so that I could come right over, check things out, and make sure everything was properly secured. About the only negative thing is that since the facility is near the coast, there is more potential for moisture affecting what you have stored than in more inland places. However, this is not a serious problem if you take care, and it's certainly not the fault of the owners. Highly recommended!

I have been with Marina Self-Storage for over 10 years and they are the best. The management is easy going, considerate and very accommodating to customer needs. When improvements were being planned, Yolonda took the time to personally notify us in advance and again, in person, of the real timeline, at the start . Concern was shown for me and my customers' access. The units and facility are secure, clean and neat. Both the commercial and storage units are the best value around.

Been there for over two years. They have great manger/s. Always return calls. Place is well taken care of and very clean. Only had one minor problem which the management handled to my satisfaction. But best of all, other then management, is the price of my storage unit!
