They have a decent selection of fish, reptiles, and rodent. They have a good amount of pet supplies and the prices aren’t to high. However when I was purchasing an animal the staff didn’t answer our questions very  thoroughly, leaving  me confused. Also the staff seemed extremely annoyed with us and it seemed like they wanted to hurry us out. The last thing is the treatment of animals, there are small cages that would have at least four full grown gerbils as well as the birds and the guy who fetched me my gerbil picked it up by only its tail (which you’re not supposed to do) and placed it in a staples paper bag. I say the place is good for pet supplies.

Nicer and better location the just down sized the their reptile collection but that's just business still a great place to take the kids to see some cool animals and maybe buy one

Just went in to walk around, the rabbit cages were filthy and had stuff piled on them, same thing with the guinea pigs, the bird enclosures were all very small yet they had up to five birds in them and it's the same thing with all the reptile tanks. The actual store was gross, overcrowded and dingy. I would never recommend buying anything there because that would mean supporting the mistreatment of the animals they keep.

I called and the person answering the phone was very unprofessional. They were kind of snappy like they didn't want to talk or were annoyed with me. All I did was ask if they were hiring. And when I looked at the rodents, they were all jumpy and not well socialized, not to mention a whole litter of baby hamsters came in and they all couldn't open their left eye. There were fill grown hamsters that  would literally snarl at you if you  looked over the cage at them. Never happened with either of the other two hamters I got from different stores. The only thing this store is good for is accessories. Those poor animals are suffering because people are doing a crappy job handling them and don't care at all. The hamster I ended up getting literally went insane and died. Again, never a problem with my other two hamsters. Just this one. Please don't go there these people don't deserve to even be open.
