Clean store, well organized! Employees were helpful when asked, but fairly inattentive if you did not approach them first. Employees were not particularly knowledgeable, but did try their best to find answers for you. I have to give them credit for that! Very cute little critters here, and they seem happy and well cared for! Check out this cute rat!

Poor fish here are dying prematurely because the tanks aren't cleaned. The beatta fish water was so dirty you couldn't even see half of them. It's pretty sad and shameful they are kept in a cup full of cloudy waste water and no one cares. No response matters. They are in plain sight and there is no excuse. Take accountability Pet World. You are shameful at this Falls location. Rest in peace little fishes

Horrible! NEVER COME HERE!! The owner is a complete jerk, when a class went here the owner was yelling at them for looking at something on the shelf. The fish their are bad, they do not take care of them at all. Someone I know worked their and when a fish dies THEY THROW THEM IN A GARBAGE!!! I refuse to ever go here again! DO NOT GO

I was an employee here, and I will say this is an awful place. I was discriminated against because I was the only minority that was employed there. The animals there are taken care of just enough to keep them alive... and depending on the animal, they wouldn’t even care if they died because they were “just feeders” or some other lame excuse. I feel like if you work in a pet store, you should love and view all animals equally, whether it be a $2 mouse, or a $1000 bird. The managers there have some of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered, and the staff just goes along with whatever they say. I don’t ever have to step foot back in that store again.
