I visited Marion Subaru on 12/28/17 for warranty service. Parts were ordered, and I was notified of their arrival on 01/04/18. When I attempted to schedule an appointment for service, I asked about the Saturday service hours advertised on their website. I was informed that only light maintenance is performed on Saturdays, and that there's only one Subaru technician available on weekdays (none on Saturday). When I questioned this arrangement, I was argued with by the "dealership" representative on the phone. After this interaction, I called the main phone number to attempt to speak to a manager, and my phone call was answered at an entirely different dealer...Marion Toyota. Before I bought my Subaru, I asked personnel at this location if they were affiliated with Marion Toyota, and was assured they were not. This, obviously, was a lie. I asked because I was swindled by Marion Toyota on the purchase of another vehicle in 2007. This place is a bad excuse for a Subaru dealership. Employees of this "dealership" are rude, unprofessional and like to argue with customers. This "dealership" advertises Saturday service hours on their website, however this is deceptive. No actual service is performed on Saturdays, only light maintenance, such as oil changes and wiper blades.  It's unfortunate that there are so few Subaru dealers in the middle of the country, but you'd be hard-pressed to find one any worse than this place. From my experience, management personnel are never available, which means the "dealership" simply runs itself. Do yourself a favor, and don't deal with these sleaze balls. I'll never be back, and I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere, as well.

I had been looking for one car and live about 2 and a half hours from Marion.   I found it on Marion Subaru website and I called the sales team.  They gave me an amazing price well under any other car I had looked at.  This car even had more options then I was hoping to get.  My wife and I got off work at 4pm and they stayed until 7 when we could get there. Well after there closing time just to help us get the car.  They had all the paper work done when we got there.  It took maybe 15 min once we got there and I was leaving with my dream car.  Thank you guys so much.  I couldn’t of had a better experience.

Followed instructions online for recall. Made multiple requests online for recall and was informed that they would contact me when the parts came in. About a month and a half later, no response. Made an appointment and talked to Shanna. Was informed that they will have the parts by the appointment date. Also, arranged drop off and pick up with her. Then at the appointment, I was told that they can not take me back to work because it was too far. The manager was reluctant to have a porter take me back but could not pick me up; awesome service!!! Why would one make an appointment to be stranded there?! Now I have a solid air bag light on.

Great staff and service very helpful and low pressure environment can't say enough good things about Dean. nate and Grant and I would recommend Marion Subaru to any first time or experienced buyer

Great place to do business. They were courteous and helpful with no pressure. They made sure our wants and needs were addressed and went out of their way to get us a great deal.
