Very happy with our whole experience with Marion Toyota. Having an experienced sales person like Jon Smith made our decision making much easier. He was very helpful. Even John in finance did a great job explaining our options. I would highly recommend Marion Toyota.

Was a great experience going to the Marion Toyota Lot, I didn't initially expect to purchase anything that day, but after Jonathon Smith showed me around the lot, after getting what I needed and my price range, we quickly found something I was interested in. Supremely helpful setting up initial offers and working with me to get within my budget. Even securing everything down in Financial Services, everything was explained pretty clearly, with a bit of good humor, and Peter Buttitta helped out through some confusion. Very glad to have the Toyota Camry, and the ride has been smooth. Thanks again, hope to point more people Marion Toyota's direction!

Kevin W., our salesman, did a great job. He was very professional and patient as we were making our decision. He was quite busy that day and handled everyone very efficiently. Truly a pleasure to work with! (This is our 4th Toyota we have gotten thru Kevin.) The dealership is also very cooperative and courteous each and every time we have been here and on the phone as well.

Had our v6 Highlander in for sparks plug change and although the service people were very nice, the repair work done was rather untidy. Within a week or so, the car had intermittent check engine light that pointed at either a loose gas cap or a vacuum hose. My parents bought a new gas cap and it went away for a while. While driving 800+ miles to visit me and my wife, they said the check engine light would come on and off occasionally. After looking at the engine bay, I noticed that a vacuum hose behind the air box was loose. I thought maybe the hose got loose from vibration (even though it had a clamp) so didn't think much of it, but when I lifted the engine cover to replace their PCV valve, I noticed that the driver-side 14mm bolt that held down the manifold was only hand started and never tightened down at all. I was just glad it didn't come loose and damaged the engine compartment. Both the vacuum hose and the bolts must be removed to change the spark plugs, so I'm certain these were overlooked when they did it. It makes me wonder if they missed anything else that can't be easily identified. All in all, pretty disappointed with the work done, especially after the amount of money we paid. I would be highly attentive of anything that seems abnormal and double check their work.
