Some of the bus drivers are very rude and nasty in my opinion . We have single mothers, kids, teenagers that deal with peer pressure this world is already messed up and when an customers enters your bus last thing they need is an nasty rude driver.. you should be kind because you don't know what an person is dealing with .

They good transportation but sometimes not on time as the schedule say but hey  it's not all the time I'm glad we have TARTA for us to get to A to B workers always friendly at helping and asking questions to help u if u a first timer riding until u learn your destination

Great staff!! A little disappointed that drivers didn't know the broadway side of the zoo is closed. Had to walk around to the Anthony trail side.

Buses are taking a beating because of the streets and also daily you have a few riders with no regards to the rule ..I commend the drivers for all they do keep up good work tarta drivers

Provides essential transportation for anyone who needs it.Convenient location and the schedules allow frequent departures. Used by thousands daily. A definite asset for Toledo.

Bus 19 today ID number 2190 older female employee working for tarta was very rude and disrespectful and while she sat with her mask off her face clearly eating and drinking breaking protocol and procedure trying to deny someone service for closed container coffee saying it's up to her discretion to allow service. Hypocritical not to mention very bad service!!! unprofessional especially during covid outbreak while putting lives at risk and being lazy on the job

The bus is finally back to a somewhat normal schedule and the rides are still free. But all in all I am very grateful for the TARTA bus system in Toledo and there are a great number of people that depend on it.

The commute to the University of Toledo Art campus class was a nightmare. The timings are so off. The buses don’t come sometimes, they don’t stop in front of sculptural center.  It wasn’t a good experience overall.

In the 90's TARTA was pretty good. Could get around easily and cheaply and they were on time.  It's obviously not the 90's.  1 year later edit: The downward slide just keeps getting worse. At this rate by 2020 they'll have one bus that goes in a loop downtown once a day.
