This is an extraordinary local museum. The displays are generally well organised and informative. The graphic wall sequence of coastal zone history requires attention, but is worth it. The long videos about the evolution of maritime commerce show the challenges and immense changes faced by the folks that "weathered" it.

A small but poignant museum with heartbreaking video of Katrina's devastation. Personal memories of people and places, for me, was quite emotional. The Gulf shrimping industry carries 75 years of history in my own family's relationship to Biloxi.

Great history of the fishermen and their vessels. Lots of interesting local information. The volunteers are very knowledgeable and interesting (Edgar). Worth a visit and they have several films I unfortunately didn't have time to watch. May not be good for small kids but they have plenty else to do on the coast.
