Had one of those weeks from hell where every thing breaks. Issue with Toilet and Furnace. Day before Thanksgiving South Side Plumbing and Heating and had there people here at the end of the day. Technician was Dylan, he was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me the issues and what he did and why. Very fast and efficient, fixed both issues in under two hours. Can't ask for much more.

SSPH not only botched my job, they unburried water lines leaving them exposed over the weekend causing the neighbors water to freeze! This company has NO BUSINESS replacing an exterior water line, they seem inexperienced and clueless. 

For Jake to remark my review isn't factual is insulting! It has been 1 week since SSPH took an emergency order from the water company  and I still have no water!  We do not have anywhere near 3 inches of snow, fact! It's all about setting your customers expectations. I was not communicated with properly and the over all customer service is horrible. Please do call me Jake I would love to discuss this with you!

I would leave zero stars if I could
I was left without water on a Friday, SSPH was contracted by American water to fix my main water supply line to my house. ONE! week later still no water, SSPH might have gotten 2 full days of work in this week at the most.AND left early today at 4 on a Friday so now they wont be back to work until Monday! Apparently business is soo good they don't need the over time! Completely dissatisfied and will NEVER use them again!

Jake, please specify what isn't factual?? Did you take the emergency call 1 week ago? Yes. Do I currently have water? NO! Did you work more than 2 days at my address last week? NO! Did you leave at 4pm on Friday? YES! I guess the only remark that may be untrue is you have a lot of business. I guess you do not and I can't day I'm surprised. It's all about setting your customers expectations, I was told my water service would be restored this week.It is not. Perhaps you should be more factual in your reply, we have no where near THREE inches of snow. Additionally, I can post whatever I want as a review factual or not. That's the power I have as the consumer, perhaps you should treat your customers with more respect.  My review is intended to prevent future customers from extreme disappointment, you're welcome! Good day, Jake. Hopefully we will never have to interact again :)

Have used their services several times for small clogged drains to big hvac issues. They have provided great service quickly at a fair price.

The rudest people you could imagine but wait theres more and there a rip off.  Call someone else anyone dont have them do your work theyll overcharge you and youll never get your problem fixed
