We had one of the Market Bar-B-Que food trucks at our wedding this weekend and everything about them from booking the food truck to the food was 5 stars. Anthony (one of the owners) was hands down the fastest responding and friendly vendor we worked with, he made the planning process a breeze and was always quick to answer questions. On our wedding day, our guests that ate from the truck loved each choice (pulled pork, brisket, or chicken) and everyone was very happy with portion sizes. Even better from a planning standpoint was that they arrived on time and the two workers were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend Market Bar-B-Que food and food truck to anyone looking for a good quality meal with great service at a great price! Thanks for making our wedding great!

The stuff of legend. That's what Market BBQ is! Some of best BBQ you will find. Also on the streets now with awesome food trucks around town. The restaurant is loaded with history and takes me back in time. All you have to do is look at the pictures on the walls and then most importantly sink your teeth in to some great BBQ! I frequent as often as possible. Which isn't enough. Take some time and go find out for yourself. Love the place! Enjoy!

After eating at the restaurant fairly regularly over the years, I decided to book the food truck for a private party. The truck staff was punctual and the wait time from ordering to eating was minutes. The food tasted just like I was at the brick and mortar store; the whole experience was outstanding! Not only will I continue to be a regular customer at the restaurant, but I will absolutely book the truck again for future events. Thank you Market BBQ!

We recently had Market BBQ Food truck at our open house event! It was so easy to book and work with the team. This was our first time doing an event like this and we really appreciated their expertise when planning the amount of food and times for the food truck. Plus- the food was amazing! Our attendees absolutely enjoyed the food & we heard nothing but good things!

A staple for Bar-B-Que in the Twin Cities as long as I can remember. My parents told me my first experience with eating ribs was at Market Bar-B-Que. They know Bar-B-Que and do it well! Most places have come and gone over the years. Some places new, do not even last 6 months in the fast paced Minneapolis food centric scene. If it works why change it. A cozy nostalgic place for the whole family. The walls filled with pictures and memories of past and present visitors. From celebrities to politicians whom have visited the restaurant. Just goes to show they have made a name for themselves as a place to visit for good Bar-B-Que. Do not forget to wash down your Bar-B-Que with some libatations offering local tap Beer, Wine and Spirits. Simply put, Great atmosphere, service and Bar-B-Que!!
