There are plenty of other places to park for free and I recommend doing so. I got to experience how petty this garage can be. After viewing a movie at the nearby theatre that validates for 4 hours, I left without the stamp itself. I showed the attendant the tickets for the movie I had just seen but was told without the stamp theres nothing they can do. There is nothing posted anywhere that states validation stamp required but after offering to go and get the stamp, I was told I couldn't leave and must pay (I planned to park in the spot 30 feet behind my vehicle where I just left). After paying, I went and got the validation stamp from the theatre and returned to ask about a refund. I was told they can't issue refunds and to contact the manager if I had questions. Unfortunately for me, I can't seem to reach a manager after being told one would call me back. From here on out, I just walk the 2 extra streets to get free parking. Save yourself the trouble and the money and don't park here.

More expensive than the Water Street parking garage. Make sure to get parking validation! Close by validation can be found at the library, Market Street Market, Paramount theatre, Violet Crown, etc. There's a list online.

Absolutely livid that my car has been LOCKED INTO THIS GARAGE on the FIRST FLOOR. I drove in from DC and now I have to find lodging, clothes, and can't get home. This is an unbelievable inconvenience, and I cannot believe you conduct this business.
