Most unhelpful office at UVA. Can't solve a simple problem that their failing office is in charge of. Sad!

I just called to ask to cancel my permit, as I've had some life changes and am now a stay at home dad working remotely. I had a very negative response and was met with abrupt rudeness and unfriendly policies (especially given I currently pay over $700 a year for this service). The man I spoke to even hung up on me, when I expressed that I thought the policy sucks. Thanks for nothing, you've yet again left a never-ending sour taste in my mouth.

I had an issue with city construction blocking the driveway, so I called to see if I could park on grounds for a couple of hours. The Customer Service manager was very rude to me.
