Hello I used your service recently because I had always had a very good experience. This experience was quite different. We had a reservation on 12/25 and arrived at the stated time. The driver pulled up and sat in the front seat and looked at us. We had 5 people traveling with multiple bags. The driver did get up to put the bags on the shelf in the van, he never gave us a ticket, said hello, happy holidays or anything. We arrived at the airport and he did help us get the bags off of the shelf. One of our travelers had a medical emergency on our trip to Germany and caused us to have to return to the USA early. We called for pick up and my husband politely asked to be picked up at the baggage claim area to the south side of the airport. He was rudely told no so he stood in the zero degree temps at the opposite end for 15 minutes. The airport was literally empty so I can’t imagine the driver was that busy! Poor customer service all around. Then the driver kept asking for a ticket from the driver on xmas day and we told him that we didn’t receive a ticket. He was like that isn’t possible. I certainly hope this isn’t a reflection of your current and future customer service. I am sorry the gentleman had to work on Christmas Day but at least he has a job and should be thankful! I tipped him $5 just because he was working on Christmas and I was hoping to brighten his day. I am not sure I can convince my family to use your service any more based on this experience.

Highly recommend this service, it is cheaper and more convenient than parking at the airport. Docking one star for the airport return pickup. It's a free for all to get a bus. Sometimes people who arrive later get picked up before you, do to the lack of a line and no clear pickup spot. Was only a issue once. Also, they are using smaller (but nicer) buses now.

Super easy and convenient! We were taken to the airport terminal and picked up exactly when we were supposed to when we flew back. I could even prepay online. I will use them again.

Place looks like the price you pay, but it gets the job done. The staff is amazing with car door to terminal service you can’t get anywhere else for the price. Save $1 per day by booking online on an already crazy low price.

Cheaper than the other lots and close enough to make it worth while. Only thing is that their shuttle busses are tiny and can only hold maybe 8 or 9 people and there aren’t enough of them driving at any one time thus having large crowds (most planes do generally carry more than 8 passengers after all) waiting at least 30+ minutes especially during the holiday season.
