Shift leader was very rude during a return. I did not have my receipt, but the tags were still on the item, as well as the manufacturer tags (which were in a place I couldn't have tampered with). She acted like my tags were fake. They had been checked by the TJ Maxx up the road but I'd been instructed to go there and they would take them back.

Then she stated that I must have purchased them well over 3 months before because they were no longer in the system and no longer carried them. I had purchased them a week before, but she didn't accept that and told me absolutely no refund. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and she acted very put out and said I would have to wait a while and speak to them in person. When I said that was fine, she sighed, rolled her eyes, paged someone, and answered a phone all in about 30 seconds. I'm not sure what was asked but she explained the situation and said "barely" and "probably" in a very nasty tone.

Then she turned back around and said they'd do it.

The best part though? I walked to the clothes section - she had not put my item back yet as it was still up front - and they were still being offered on the rack. So they obviously WERE in the system.

I always have issues with Marshall's returns, but they're normally not this rude. Save yourself some time and hit the TJX up the way - they're much nicer and have better stuff for similar prices.

Selection is mediocre compared to other stores in area.

Helpfulness of the staff varies greatly. Linda C (manager) was very unhelpful and plain rude when it came to returning a chair we purchased. She threw the chair back at us and told us to go back to the store we purchased it from (different site). I would not recommend this location.

Good cookware selection. Mens selection limited. Even more limited for fit men.

Products are organized really bad and mainly rack near billing counter they just dropped everything there no one knows what they are selling exactly... Even pieces could have been better..
