I love this place simply because this was my house in the 70s....best memories and neighbors ever!!!!!

I have been taking my pets to this hospital for over 9 years. With exception of a vet that was for only a year, I have dealt with the fact the receptionists were horrible and the vets were cold due to the quality of care my pets recieved. The only staff that truly act enthusiastic about their job, the animals and the customers are their vet techs, which are great.

Unfortunately, the frontline, the receptionsists have to be the worst I have ever seen. They are in no way qualified, educated or friendly enough to be serving the customer community that the animal hospitals serve. It has been this bad for at least five years. Countless times I have been confronted with rudeness, inability to answer basic questions, giving me misinformation, or no follow through on their part. I have watched those working this position come and go, I just don't understand how they can keep hiring these types of people working their front desk! 

I haven't met a customer of theirs that hasn't brought up how rude the front desk is...It's running commentary amoung their customers, my animal friends and area dog parks. 

Anyway, today is the last day...I just can't take it anymroe. After being told that my dog got his last vaccination two years before he was even born, then not able to be told exactly what vaccinations were needed and then given a healthy dose of attittude when I asked if she could find out...and no call back when she couldn't say...Furthermore, it seems they have messed up or not recorded my last visit with one of my dogs.  I'm taking my money elsewhere. I like the vets there, but can't take it (and shouldn't have to) anymore.
