My family recently moved here.  I walked into Shirlington Animal Hospital and was immediately welcomed.  There is a huge dog park nearby and my dog has picked up his fair share of bacteria infections and allergies.  The vet is always willing to squeeze me in to ensure a quick recovery.  Clean, professional, and well informed.  Awesome vet!!!

Shirlington Animal hospital has been nothing but a great experience for my dog and I. My dog has super high anxiety when it comes to vet visits and the staff was more than happy for him and I to drop in everyday just so he got used to being in the vet office and getting the feeling that its a safe place. Its been over a year since I've been with them and he doesn't freak out when getting checked out anymore! Highly recommend

My dog gets so excited to come here. He normally hates the vet, but since he has had nothing but good experiences here, he likes the vet now! He always gets treats and the best treatment. One day, we needed a shot really quick so we could board our dog for the weekend, and they let us come in without an appointment to administer the shot. So they really care about you and your pet and try to accommodate your needs and schedule. Everyone here is so nice!

Great vets! I took my dog in for her infection between her toes and got the medicine, the vet called back a couple of days later to ask how my dog was doing! Also took my other dog here today and we had another great experience!

All the vets and staff were very caring, polite, and informative when I brought in my kitten. They gave her treats and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable while she was there. Will definitely be coming back here for all my kitten's vet needs!
