So glad Michelle is at this great salon! Michelle is such an amazing stylist and I'm so glad she's at Mary Frank. Michelle matches my naturally red hair (which is going gray) perfectly! My hair has always been extremely difficult for everyone else to get right but she does it with no problem. She's an artist!! And I love seeing her at this salon especially. It is such a fun and friendly atmosphere and I truly feel pampered when I'm there. The pricing is fair and all inclusive unlike some other places I've been to. I always so look forward to my appointments with her. She's not only a genius but she's also so fun to spend time with while she's doing my hair. I never want my appointment to end. Lol!

I wanted to find a new salon that was easy to get to, had convenient parking, and friendly staff. I'm happy to say that I was completely blown away by how great this salon is. Mary is an incredible stylist, so very warm and friendly, and she has great ideas if you're looking for something new. To top it off, the atmosphere in this salon was so comfortable. I almost didn't want to leave when my appointment was finished. Can't wait until my next visit.

No words can truly describe how wonderful the experience was. My stylist was Laine, who specializes in short to medium length hair. Extremely talented and very friendly :) Not sure if all the stylists do this there, but he asked me about how I care for my hair before we started and suggested a few different styles we could try. I think that it was definitely a great way to start!! He gave me a gorgeous razored bob that I adore and will have so much fun fluffing up! You can just tell everyone there is passionate about their work, something you don't see at every salon :) Very professional place, very clean, everyone seems to know what they are doing, and smiles all around. I will definitely be back soon to see about some cute pastels to accent this new style I'm sporting :D

I moved from Orlando Fl to Asheville a few months ago and was in search of a new hairstylist. I have a lot of hair, I'm half Spanish but you would never know (I'm basically a white girl). So it takes someone who is patient and understands that my hair might take longer than others. My hair stylist from Orlando ended up helping me find Mary Frank in Asheville. She has been trained through Wella as a Master Stylist and Colorist (which is extremely impressive). I booked an appointment last week and was nervous but mainly excited! The salon is super cute and clean and is very comfortable. I was promptly greeted and they told me Mary would be with me shortly. She greeted me and quickly took me to her booth. She asked me about the history of my hair and where I wanted it to be. These are extremely important questions to ask and I was very happy that she spent time explaining to me the coloring process. I don't hit it off with every hair stylist but she is such an interesting and fun person, that the time went by so quickly! I got full highlights, a glaze and a haircut and it looked/still looks amazing. I'm so happy with how receptive she was. She was able to listen and deliver the results I wanted! I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Mary!!

Laine Pierce has been cutting my hair for more than a year. He has given me several beautiful cuts as I've changed styles from long and curly, to a messy bob, and my current classic short bob. He is very knowledgeable about what works with my hair type, and he is thorough and meticulous about making sure every cut is perfect! I really love my hair cut, and I get many compliments.
